New In: 1/4/12

This is the first post with original photos! I absolutely love anything beauty related and can spend hours on end trying and researching new things, so I found it appropriate to show you guys my new purchases and what I think about them. After reading some reviews and watching some videos on YouTube, I decided I would go out and pick up some items that the 'beauty gurus' have been raving about.

Moroccan Oil
I've been hearing about Moroccan Oil from basically everyone with hair so I finally caved and went out and bought it, and might I say that this little guy was not cheap! It cost me about $16 for 25 mL but I heard that it last a really long time so I hope I will get a lot of 'bang for my buck' (I am a sucker for cheezy phrases). I have long, fine but thick hair and this oil has been amazing for smoothing out my hair and making it feel silky soft! Once I get out of the shower, I put my hair up in those funny looking 'towel turbans' for a few minutes, comb out my hair, then pour the smallest amount (I find I need less than a dime sized amount) onto my palms, rub my hands together, then apply it to the ends of my hair. I personally like the smell of it-- it reminds me of the summer (maybe a day in Morocco..) but for those of you who don't, there's no need to worry as the smell goes away once your hair dries.
Bioderma Sensibio H2O (Formerly Bioderma Créaline H2O)
No wonder everyone has been raving about this product! It is amazing. This is basically magic water because it has the consistency of water but will remove every bit of make-up on your face! I just pour some onto a cotton pad and wipe my face down then go onto take of my eye make-up. It removes even my waterproof mascara without any stinging! It also does not leave any oily or dirty feeling on your face like other make-up removers I've used. I thought it was Paris exclusive but I found mine on Amazon for about $20 for 250 mL.
MAC Face and Body Foundation
I dont think this goes under the category of foundation or even a tinted moisturizer. The consistency is very runny and liquid-y making it really light (in texture) on the face. The coverage is very sheer but you can build it up for a bit more by applying more layers and/or using a different method for applying (i.e. brushes, sponges, fingers). It has a slight orange-y smell but I don't find it too bad. It gives me the most perfect dew to my face and if I find it to be too glowy, I simply just powder! I got mine at a MAC store at $33 for 120 mL.
MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack & Sephora Pointed Liner/Eyeliner Brush #17
I thought I would always be a liquid liner kind of girl and have always been hesitant to try gel liners because I thought it would smudge all over the place, but I was wrong (well, when it comes to the MAC Fluidline)! It is so easy to take the Sephora liner brush and swipe on the neatest, blackest line on my lashline and create a little flick. I use this combo every single day and it does not budge on my asian monolid eyes (my eyes make everything I put on them smear everywhere!).

I am pleased with every thing that I bought and would highly recommend it to anyone!
